Subscription Refunds

2. Digital Products and Downloads

- All sales are final once the digital product has been downloaded or accessed.

3. Physical Products
While our primary business is digital content, for any physical merchandise we may offer:
- Return Period: Physical products may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are in their original condition.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or was shipped incorrectly.

4. Event Tickets
For tickets to events organized by Arcad Pulse:
- Cancellation by Customer: Tickets may be refunded if cancelled at least 14 days before the event date, subject to a 10% administrative fee.
- Late Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event are not eligible for refunds but may be transferred to another person.
- Event Cancellation: If we cancel an event, all ticket holders will receive a full refund or the option to transfer their ticket to a rescheduled date.

- The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider and may take additional time
